Thanks so much for your message on my blog. Isn't it exciting to get mail? Glad you liked the link to Landshut; it is a lovely and historic city.
We are scheduled to do a duel presentation on the global learning networks on Feb. 13, as discussed. In scanning the chapter, I find it is full of innovative descriptions. I was thinking that we could do a multimedia presentation using the tools we are covering in class; blogging, photostory3(what fun!), Internet telephony, etc. to talk about how to enrich the learning environment with international human contact.
Maybe we could do a mock-up of a learning situation for someone in Europe--recorded, or with my friend from China (I know him only through Skype)as an entertaining example. Also, we could bring in other languages, Hungarian, of course, and ein bisschen deutsch. We could rehearse the presentation and put it on like a play for maximum entertainment value.
These are just a few general, fuzzy thoughts. Let me know what you think.
